The Great Outdoors

Just a short drive south of Coolidge is the Fort Parker State Park in Mexia. With several different trail options leading you through the forest and a marked out kayak/canoe trail leading you through the lake and Navasota River, there is so much to explore in this hidden gem of a park. You can hike along the dramatic, classic Texas limestone bluffs, get a relatively close view of a blue heron nesting ground, and also visit a cemetery of the earliest settlers to Limestone County. You can also take advantage of plenty of fishing options, as well as swimming locations if you’d rather just spend some time enjoying the lake.

Communication was outstanding and they were very accommodating to the changes I needed after I completed booking. They delivered on time and allowed me plenty of time to move out on the last day. Would definitely rent from them again.

Great little camper. We were thinking of purchasing one so it was a perfect test drive. Towed well behind our Outback and set up easily. He was kind enough to meet us closer to our destination, saving us an hour of driving time. We had a little trouble with the AC and the fan but im sure there was some user error factored in. Great host and great camper!
