Dealing with Atwood was great. The trailer was perfect for our small family trip. Atwood explains things very well. He was available for questions during the trip. The trailer is amazing. The RV work for what I needed it for, Nadia brought it out and set it up for us. Later that afternoon we notice a leak on the faucet called her and she had someone out within an hour to repair it so it didn't interfere with our trip. I would recommend renting from Nadia
