The mid-sized city of Texas City, Texas sits on the coast of Galveston County overlooking Galveston Bay, just a short drive south of Houston and Baytown. Texas City was founded by three brothers from Duluth, Minnesota on a duck hunting trip in the early 1890s. The three brothers, known as the Myers brothers, saw the possibility for the area to become a prominent port due to its location on the bay and decided to buy 10,000 acres of land in the area, which is now known as Texas City.

Awesome experience all around. The RV itself is very clean and comfortable. My wife, who usually can’t do long drives, had no complaints after 9 hours on the road. Plenty of storage space inside and out. Surprisingly easy to drive as well. Can’t thank the host enough for being so accommodating and showing us how everything works. Definitely worth going for a test drive with the host if it’s your first time driving an RV. I learned a lot.

We had such a wonderful time with this travel trailer! Its compact size made it super easy to tow with our 1/2 ton truck, and the affordable price was a huge bonus. The trailer was very functional and had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable trip. We were pleasantly surprised by how well it fit our family’s needs without feeling cramped.

This was our first time camping and renting an RV/Conversion Van. The process was easy and the host - Eduardo - exceptional and responsive. The van was a little small for us as my husband is 6’1 but all in all had a great time camping at Stephen F Austin State Park.
