What's included
Kitchen Essentials: Versatile and chic Always Pan, utensils, 4 dish sets, drip coffee maker, propane stove and oven (yup, you can make baked goods and sheet pan dinners!), slide out refrigerator.
Linens: Cozy sheet set, two pillows, comforter, two sets of towels, hand towels and washclothes.
Pet Friendly: We can include food and water bowls. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing any pets.
Adventure Gear: Two recovery boards, bug net for the slider, and window coverings for each window.
Other things to note
1. Toilet features urine diverter to gray water tank only, we provide waste bags for no. 2, and there's a shovel in the garage if you're boondocking.
2. No Smoking: No smoking or drug use is allowed in the van. Your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
3. Tickets, Tolls, etc. You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
4. Tire damage. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. The van is given to you with excellent tires and if anything is to happen on the road, you are responsible for the tire replacement as well as any service fees associated.
5. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS WITHOUT OWNER CONSENT. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
6. Owner will provide information on operation of all aspects of the van at time of pickup and will provide an instruction manual for special features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features, or appliances in the van may result in damage and the renter will be liable for cost to repair.
7. Outdoorsy sets the pickup time at 3pm and return at 11am. We're happy to be flexible as long as you work around our work schedule. We will charge a prorated hourly rate of $20 per extra hour.
8. Fuel. The van must be returned with a full gas tank or renter will incur a $15 fee plus the cost of gas to refill the tank.
9. Dump Fee. The vehicle should be returned with the gray water tank completely empty. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $50 fee for the grey water tank.
10. Covid. To be safe for all our patrons, we will not rent to users who are currently COVID-19 positive.
11. Qualified Drivers. Out of an abundance of caution, any adult member of your traveling party should be validated as a driver in the case of emergency. Driving by anyone who is not a validated driver is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Payment of any charges and outstanding damages will still be due after the forfeiture. All adult drivers must be validated and qualify for the insurance coverage.
12. Height Restrictions: Our van will not fit in most drive-throughs or parking garages.
13. We park the van at a storage facility. You must Uber/Lyft or use other, similar transportation to the storage facility. The facility does not allow a car to be left behind in the space that the van is parked in.
