Exactly what you see and read (in a good way). No surprises. Clean and well-maintained. Easy hand offs with Joel-quick response time is a bonus. Was perfect for a little solo trip in Shenandoah for a few nights!

This RV rental turned out the absolute best for us. The unit itself is in excellent condition, the refrigerator keeps your food ice cold, the hot water for your shower borders on “hell” hot water!! It ‘s better than my home hot water!! The bed was so comfortable. A/C works perfectly. The only issue we had was a plumbing problem. We called Thomas the next morning and he got right on it. We didn’t want to incur any expense and we didn’t want Thomas to have to pay out. Fortunately, all our friends at the campground are pretty savy and experienced and the problem was fixed and up and running within a short time. We sure hated to leave.
