There is a full bath with corner shower. The living area includes mounted 27” tv, stereo system with AM/FM radio and Bluetooth connectivity. There are dual zone speakers for indoor and outdoor use.
The exterior of the trailer has a power retractable awning, two large, underfloor storage units with locks, an outdoor shower, and exterior power outlets, two 20lbs. propane tanks, electric tongue jack, 43 gal fresh water tank.38 gal grey & black water tanks.The following are include with rental:

5Mark and Ellen were fantastic hosts! Their camper was super clean and well stocked with nice linens, towels, kitchenware, and rugs. The unit worked near perfectly and Mark was super responsive to our messages when we had questions. (Mostly we were just wanting to make sure we were doing things correctly.) The air conditioning was great during a prolonged heat wave and the meet-ups were great at the beginning and end. I highly recommend these hosts!
