●Absolutely NO smoke or flames other than propane gas stove are allowed inside the RV. NO smoking (of any kind), vaping, candles, incense, mosquito repellent candles are prohibited. If a smoke odor is noticeable inside the RV upon return; an additional cleaning fee up to the deposit amount can be assessed for smoke abatement.
●No food, grease, oil, or trash can be disposed of in the kitchen sink, shower, bathroom sink or toilet. No black water (urine, feces) is allowed in gray tanks (sinks, shower)please. If contraceptives such as condoms or wrappers, sanitary napkins or tampons, paper-towels, wet-wipes or any other food, trash or debris is improperly disposed of down the kitchen sink, bathroom shower, or sink drain (grey tank) or flushed down the toilet (black tank) and it causes a backup or failure; an additional fee up to the amount of the deposit can be assessed for the sewer system to be serviced.
●Cleaning/Prep fee includes: RV chemicals, RV essentials, standard cleaning and disinfecting, RV setup orientation, etc. The dumping and flushing of holding tanks is charged separately
