Getting Outdoors

When you’re RV camping at Twin Lakes, you’ll be spoilt for choice over the variety of fun activities to engage in. Since both the lakes are year-round fishing hotspots, it would be great to pack a few fishing rods in your campervan. Children will be delighted to ride the rental pontoon boats around as you’re introducing them to some deep water fishing. When angling, some of the fish you’ll come across include northern pike, walleye, and bass.

Sarah was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The RV was in good condition, everything worked as expected, and it provided a comfortable experience for our family of five both on the road and at the campsite. There was plenty of space, and overall we felt it was a great value.

While the RV we rented served its purpose, there were a few things that could've been improved upon to justify the rental price. First, the unit needed a serious alignment as it pulled drastically to the right. I needed to fight the vehicle for 10hrs of driving just to keep it on the road. Secondly, as it is an older RV, it was a very rough ride as we felt every bump in the road and it was extremely loud in the cabin making it very hard to hear the radio, phone calls, or other people talking. Lastly, doing a simple update to the driver and passenger seats, similar to what was done to the benches in the back would've made them more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Not all storage doors on the outside would open with the keys provided and therefore we couldn't locate the water filter. Had to fill the water tank without it. Other than that, it served its purpose.
