Very easy to work with. Prompt responses to questions about the trip and the RV itself. Were willing to work with us on an earlier pickup time. The RV was exactly what we were looking for and functioned as expected.

Kevin was the perfect host for first-time RV renters- great communication, great documentation on the inner workings of the rig, friendly and helpful. The RV itself was clean and in great working condition. If you are a side-sleeper, I highly recommend bringing extra padding for the master bed; the wooden ledge was a killer on the hips. There were decent supplies provided, like disposable dishes, pot & pan, paper towels, etc. We brought our own coffee maker and mugs, as those are not provided. RV drove well but it was loud in the cabin, so bring some earplugs.

Loran was friendly and communicative at set-up. On the last night of our stay, I broke the key off in the camper lock. It was a Saturday night, but he came as quickly as he could to replace it and get us in order. No grumbling from him at all - just fast, friendly help (and a spare key placed for future renters!). The camper itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We will definitely rent it again next summer!
