2021 Forest River R-Pod
Brand new R-Pod with a Queen Size bed, a slide out, a couch that turns into an extra comfortable not your typical sofa bed. Fully equipped with power LED awning, a full stainless kitchen with fridge, gas burners and a microwave/ convection oven.
The R-Pod has tons of storage cabinets, off-road tires and torsion axel ( safer driving). There is also an outdoor grill and table that can be used inside or outside (add-on). The R-Pod comes with solar power that will run everything except for the oven and A/C. For those you need a generator ( not included). The heater and the fridge work on propane ( included).
The R-Pod is about 3500 lbs dry, so you want to use a vehicle that can tow 5000 lbs to be safe. Break controller is recommended. If you are not sure what that is, we can guide you where to get one.

A large pot, a pan, plastic bowls, cups and plates

Recommendations
You can take the R-Pod anywhere you want, because of the solar system you don't need to be hooked up to power all the time.
Other things to note
We charge a mandatory $75 cleaning fee for basic prep and a basic clean up, wipe down, disinfect for before and after your trip. If the rig comes back extremely dirty and you did not clean it at all after your trip, we will hold up to $100 extra from your deposit if we have to do a major clean up.
We keep our trailer at an RV storage lot which is only open 9am-5pm every day. This means we need the trailer returned by 4:30pm at the latest, cleaned out of all your stuff so we can do a quick inspection and get it into the lot before 5pm. If you are late, we have to leave the trailer on the street, and we will charge a $100 late fee from your deposit.

Poor communication in the end. Told us at the last minute we needed to be back at 5 after earlier telling us its fine to play it by ear as we rerouted to avoid the Tahoe fire. We got there at 430 and quickly unloaded. They inspected the trailer while we did that. There was no damage and we signed off on that. Then later they said fours screws came out under an ottoman. We thought that is how it came because they were loose on the first night we had the trailer. In good faith we offered to come screw them in. They never responded to us and charged us part of our security deposit, We reached out to resolve and help but no response back to us.
