I absolutely love this Hymer Aktiv 1.0 for its luxury and comfort, its off-grid capabilities and ease of driving and parking. Equipped with 300 watts of solar that charges a robust double lithium ion battery pack that will run all systems indefinitely during sunny weather and will also charge by plugging into shore power or by simply driving the van.
Here a few of the features:
- 3000 watt inverter
- All power comes from lithium ion batteries and inverter (no noisy generator)
-Seating and 3-point seatbelts for 4
-Drop down queen size murphy bed allows for easy walkthrough
-Hot water at sinks and at indoor and outdoor showers
-Cassette toilet
-AC with remote over the bed powered by lithium batteries
-Ventilation van with remote
-30 gallon fresh and 23 gallon grey water tank
-Screened rear and side doors
-30 amp shore power
-Solar power system
-Propane heating system with thermostat
-Kitchen includes 2-burner propane stove, sink, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer

While this coach is very technologically advanced, all the systems are very simple and intuitive and a thorough walkthrough of all systems will be provided as well as helpful videos explaining all systems.

Hello RVing community. I live in Michigan and purchased this Hymer Aktiv to explore the country and also for weekend trips to the shores of the Great Lakes. I love adventure traveling but am finding that the Aktiv is in storage more than I originally expected so I thought I would offer it to the RV community as a rental and hopefully inspire others to take to the road to explore our beautiful state of Michigan and the rest of the country. While we haven't yet taken this on the great American road trip yet I've done a lot of day, weekend and weeklong trips mountain biking, paddle boarding and kiteboarding. What I love most about traveling in the Hymer Aktiv is that it is not only super comfortable and luxurious but you can park it anywhere and maneuver through large cities with ease. The lithium-ion system is a game changer as it allows unlimited traveling off the grid without every having to plug into shore power or rely on a generator. Happy Travels
