Great camper for a weeks getaway or just for the weekend! Sleeps 4 comfortably; can sleep up to 6! Are you a first-time camper or just have questions? We'll happily take all of the time you need to show you where everything is and how it all works. Please ask any questions you might have before, during, or after your trip; we'll do our best to get you an answer.What's includedReady to Camp! There is a queen in master space and a twin sofa sleeper in the living space. Kitchen table also breaks down into a twin bed. There is heat and A/C, a stove, fridge/ freezer, and a microwave. There is a coffee maker, dish soap, kitchen pots/pans, and silverware. Limited toiletries are provided. Linens for the beds and bath are not provided. There are kitchen towels and dish rags provided.Receiver and sway bars included for towing, renter will be shown how to hook and unhook trailer.
The camper is completely cleaned between each rental; Floors, wall, stove, refrigerator, sinks, toilet, shower... all surfaces are cleaned.
All tanks are flushed and treated.
Please clean and return camper in the condition it was given to you. If you are unable to do this, there will be a $40 fee for cleaning. You will need to provide all of your own linens - bedding and towels. There are kitchen towels and dish rags provided.
Flat tires are the renter's responsibility, as well as any damage caused.Fresh/black/grey water tanks need to be properly emptied before the camper is returned/picked up otherwise, a dumping fee will be charged.Please note that there is no generator. If you are boondocking then you'll be limited to the use of the coach battery. You'll need shore power or a generator to run things like the AC and microwave.Other things to notePlease dump grey and black tanks prior to returning.
