Our RV is very homey. It has high ceilings being a 5th wheel. It also has tons of cabinet space and a full size pantry area. It also has a sofa which pulls out into a sleeper. The loveseat area has double recliners with massage, heat, cup holders, and lighting. Indoor and outdoor stereo also included. What's includedOur 5th wheels also includes plates, cups, baking pans, pots, utensils, mixing bowls, all of your ready made kitchen needs! You are welcome to bring and use your own linens, but we do provide linens as well. We have a table top black stone and several oversized comfy camping chairs packed away in the pass through storage area, and corn hole boards for the kids! Other things to notePets are welcome!

- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing the unit prior to each rental - cleaning of the rental, cleaning supplies, clean linens, refill propane tanks, etc.
