***Update— I stopped renting the van for the past year because too many people wanted to book it and adding lots of miles so pulled the plug! I’m posting it now because if there is anyone in LA affected by fires or anyone who wants to use it for extended period of time and keep low to no miles I will rent to you. If you are low income and fires affected I will give you a discount. Sorry Paris Hilton I know you lost your house too but you’re paying full price. With a “parties” depositIdeal RV for family of three or four who need a roomy feeling interior with a full kitchen and shower but don't want to burn up the earth with a gas guzzler. Our RV is a shiny new 2020 coach on a powerful Ford Transit HD 350 6 cylinder that drives like a van, has a wildly good turn radius and sprints up and down hills getting up to 18mpg -- all the while large enough for your family (two queens and a “short” full ) with Loads of storage. This is the "Biggest Smallest" camper there is bar none.Covid: we have a Strict 48 hour minimum policy between renters. You’ll pick up the RV rigorously detailed.Add ons: Extra add ons are available for a small fee including an Awesome propane fire pit, bike rack, patio furniture, patio rug, fridge stocking (yes we will have it done upon request!) , a two person inflatable kayak, dump service and delivery within a 50 mile radiusRules / Renter ResponsibilitiesWe allow a party of 4 campers max. The rental should be returned in near the same condition that it was picked upWe do not supply linens or towels due to Covid 19.Renter is responsible for refilling the gas and dumping waste water prior to return. There is a $150 surcharge if the vehicle is returned with waste tanks full and wishes the owner to take care of it.NO muddy shoes inside the rig.No smoking in the rig.No festivalsWhat's includedStandard amenities are complimentary bathroom sundries, kitchen ware, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker and Numi tea set. Our van comes ready to drive away with everything you need:

heater (on a thermostat so you feel toasty as you do at home -- no tinkering ) The van has a queen bed in the rear, queen bed in the over head accessible by ladder. The booth table converts into a short full size bed. Privacy curtains separate everyone out at bedtime and mom and dad have two adjustable reading lamps with USB inputs to charge devices. All windows are two way tinted so you can take in the views without anyone seeing inside!

We had a great family road trip during 10 days with John's RV, with our 15-months old baby. It was our first RV rental and all the instructions were very clear, + John was very responsive. Easy check in and check out.
All went well and we leave California with a lot of great memories thanks to this experience. I recommend 100%!

John’s answer

Thanks for the review and for taking care of the RV Charlene! You guys were superior renters!

We were lucky to got three nights at Yosemite over the Memorial Day weekend. This was our first RV experience. The RV was easy to drive and easy to maintain. The space is great for a family of 4. I would recommend the owner to supply more kitchen utensils, basic oil, dish washing soap etc. That was the only thing we had to scramble to purchase at the park. John was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Overall a great RV trip for 3 nights!

John’s answer

Hey thanks for the feedback and the five star review Anna! So glad y’all had a great time :)
