We had a great experience during the entire trip. The van has everything you need for the camping, and James was always there to answer any of questions.

Edwin was awesome. He checked in nearly every day to see how the van and our trip was going. The van was equipped and even over equipped for our travel with lots of plates and dishes and appliances. There was a known issue with the rear door not unlocking sometimes. Edwin explained this and I accepted this risk. Unfortunately the rear door situation deteriorated during our trip to the point where the rear door could no longer be opened. Edwin took the van to the dealership the next day to get this fixed.

We loved our first teardrop trailer family camping experience. Matt was easy to communicate with which made getting the right hitch and picking up the trailer super easy. He explained all the great features and the kitchen had all the tools for a great camping weekend. Will definitely rent again.
