Get away in your RV rental to a close by state beach over in Half Moon Bay. Incredible sunsets and easy access make this a great spot to take the RV rental. Lock in your advance reservations early as this park fills up fast. A friendly tip to save some cash is to reserve the interior sites versus the more expensive beach front sites. Same access and views at 2/3 the price. Bring the board for surfing and fun on the sand!

The last manned lighthouse on the California coast, today it is part of the largest urban national park in the U.S., the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. If you enjoy a rugged hike then getting here will be fun, the half mile trail that leads to the lighthouse is steep, you can also discover the old Coast Guard rescue station, wildflowers, and pillow basalt rock formations.
Just south of Santa Cruz is a unique camping opportunity ONLY open to RVs. Book your RV rental and stay in one of the few California State Park locations that offers full hookup service steps from the beach. Enjoy magnificent sunsets while you dine, play in the sand, and bring the long board for classic California waves.

University of California voted as one of the best public universities in the world, is a landmark of Berkeley and it has a classical architectural feel. There is an amazing tower located at the top of the hill, which offers spectacular views of the city. UC Berkeley also has a dinosaur exhibition with some interesting replicas of tyrrannosarus rex and a teradactyl.
