2017 Thor Motor Coach Freedom Elite
**We do not rent for Burning Man festival. **Our RV offers comfortable sleeping for up to 6 adults but with small children, it could sleep 7. Seat belts available for up to 7.If you're looking for a clean, ready-to-go, motor home to create a memorable adventure, this is it! Our goal is for you and your family to have a fun and safe experience with little to worry about except where to stay and what to eat!This motor home is pet-friendly (up to 2 pets with pre-approval and paid pet deposit) and includes amenities and features which will add comfort and convenience to your trip. It fits in a standard 30' RV spot and has 2 slide-outs which provide lots of extra wiggle room.Beyond the usual stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc., our motor home has TV's in the master bedroom and the dining/living area, a Blu-ray/DVD player, kitchen counter space, double sink, large bathroom counter, large double bathroom cabinet w/mirror, good-size shower w/skylight, and lots of closet and drawer space in the master bedroom and over the sofa. 2 slide-outs create plenty of floor space. Additional fun features of this unit are the outdoor kitchen which includes a small refrigerator, a sink and propane line to hook-up the gas grill(also included) and an outdoor TV!Technically, this motor home has seat belts and sleeping for 7. However, we have found that it can easily sleep 4 without converting anything and sleeps 6 comfortably when the sofa and dinette are converted. We find that camping at a full hook-up site is most convenient. However, if you choose to dry camp, an on board generator is available (4 hours usage per day is included in nightly cost), with large tanks and hot water ready in minutes.The unit comes stocked with kitchen amenities (coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils/knife set, plates, cups, bowls and silverware), toilet paper, towels, camping chairs, and a fold out stand on which to place the gas grill. Also included, bedding and pillows for the master queen, as well as pillows and sleeping bags for the other sleeping areas. If there is something not listed here that you think you'll need, please contact me and ask. We include all mentioned amenities in the nightly price.**Dumping and flushing of blk/gry tanks and propane refill is expected before your return.
Also needs to be returned with a full tank of gas and all trash must be removed from the unit before return. Additional fees will be applied if these are not done. Thank you in advance!**No towing allowed with this unit. Absolutely NO smoking in unit and no climbing on the roof. If there is evidence that you have smoked in my camper, DO NOT expect your security deposit to be returned.We require that you carry the roadside assistance from outdoorsy. Just one lock out or flat tire and you will appreciate this.Our goal is that you and your family/friends have an adventure of a lifetime. All we ask is that you take care of it as if it were your own. You will receive our cell phone numbers and a thorough walk-through before you embark, so you can relax and make the most of your vacation time.
