New E-Pro 20 BHS. Ready to go and stocked with everything you need!! The only thing you need to bring is your clothes and food and things you can’t live without!! This easy to tow camper is set up to enjoy in a RV park with full hook-ups or off-grid complete with dual AGM batteries, Solar power with inverter, dual 20 lb. propane tanks, 37 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray and black water tanks, a/c, heat, WiFi booster, radio with exterior speaker, available weight distribution hitch and sway control, power jack, power awning, outdoor flat top griddle, roof top rack, 3 burner stove with oven, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, pantry/closet and 1 slide out for more room.What's includedWe include: 4 camp chairs, camp table, dining service for 4(including coffee mugs & reusable cups) 48oz French press, percolator, pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking pan, mixing bowl, colander, sleeping bags, pillows, bath towels and wash rags (all washed after every rental) and can be removed if you don’t want them, games, DVD’s, basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels & RV toilet paperwork to get you started, trash bags w/collapsible trash can, outdoor shower enclosure, basic tools, leveling blocks, chocks, water hose, water filter attachment and pressure regulator, surge protector, 30 amp adaptor, basic first aid kit, picnic table cloth, marshmallow roasters, a couple lanterns, lighters & matches and an outdoor rug to help keep the interior clean. Unlimited use of our Generac Generator(your provide the fuel).Other things to notePlease help us preserve our new camper!!We love dogs and have one ourselves but they must be pre-approved. Maximum pets allowed: 1 & dogs only(no other pets please). We ask that you do not leave them unattended in the trailer and if necessary to do so, please use a crate. Also, please cover any furniture your pet may get on with a blanket to preserve the fabrics. Thank you!!Smoking of any kind is not allowed as our trailer is an extension of our home and it could deter future renters down the road who want to rent our RV who may be sensitive or allergic. Also, no smoking under the awning please. If you smoke outside, make sure all doors and windows are closed. A $500 smoke removal fee will be deducted from the renters deposit if the trailer has been smoked in while in the renters possession. Also, no burning fires or candles inside the camper please.Bacon is amazing and smells amazing but cooking it inside a camper makes for a huge mess and the odors and grease can penetrate the fabrics and get on the walls. Please cook bacon or anything that is greasy outdoors on the gas flat cook top that is provided.If cooking outside on the flat top gas griddle, make sure the awning is closed as the heat from the griddle can get real hot and melt the awning fabric.There are several spots in Colorado Springs for dumping gray and black water tanks if it is not available at your campsite. Please make sure this is done prior to returning to avoid the $150 dumping fee.Only use RV toilet paper as regular toilet paper can mess up the system. Please no flushing of wipes, feminine products, diapers or regular TP.Please dump your own trash before returning.Please make sure the propane tanks and propane appliances are turned off while driving.Please make sure it is returned in the same clean condition as when you picked it up. Some signs of general use are expected, however, a fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit for excessive cleaning i.e stain removal, deep cleaning of kitchen and/or bathroom etc.Also, while this camper is set up for some off road camping, it is not set up for extreme off-roading.In even mild wind and/or if you leave the camper, the awning needs to be brought in.Make sure all windows and doors are closed while running the a/c or heat for them to work best.Please no climbing on the exterior or roof of the trailer. However, if you need to access the roof rack, please use the back ladder.Electric brake control as well as a 2 5/16 ball is required to tow this trailer. If it fits your vehicle (we tow with our 4Runner) we have a weight distribution hitch you can use at no charge.The generator provided uses pure 100% Ethanol Free gasoline only and you will need to bring an extra small gas tank with you just in case you need more depending on your use. Oil for it is provided. Please return the generator filled with gas.Also, please make sure to secure any loose items inside the trailer before traveling.Pick up and drop off times are between 10:00am and 4:00pm M-Sun.
