Baby CAT is a brand new 2024 Coachman Catalina, roomy for its size with enough space for comfortably sleeping up to 5!Do the kids like bunk beds? We have installed 2" foam toppers on the twin size bunks and full Queen east / west bed.The bathroom has a shower, toilet, mirror, and shelf with towel hooks.The kitchen has a deep sink, fridge, and two top gas stoves with microwave and we have stocked the cabinets with camping plates, bowls, silverware and coffee mugs. We also have a 2 slice toaster and Keurig for your breakfast.Bring your own linens, pillows, blankets, towels, paper products, sundries. We supply trash bags, fold up trash can, TP, a Coleman gas grill, cleaning supplies, net pockets at the bunks for the kids cell phones, games and more.USB and 12v hookups allow cpap machines and other needs. TV is mounted at the Queen bed and plenty of storage is above the bed for your clothing and other items.This unit also comes with Bluetooth control of the awning, multicolor LED awning lights, JBL sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. Control everything from your phone while you sit by the fire.Safety is also our goal as we have added an additional fire extinguisher.This is a 30 amp unit with all hookups provided. Camper levelers and jack stand pads are provided along with a drill for east deployment of the leveling jacks.The Baby Cat is ready and easy to tow having only a 3023 lb. dry weight. This can be towed by smaller vehicles but always check your capacity. We also offer setup and teardown with delivery if you want the worry free experience.My wife and I both work in the RV industry and we are campers with our own travel trailer. We know what comfort means and we know the value of a great camping experience.We will give you a thorough walk through on setup and teardown with instruction on all equipment and show you where everything is. An instruction book is available for you in the rig for anytime you have a question.Propane heat furnace is controlled by the thermostat and ceiling mounted air conditioning allows year round comfort.We have a rear storage rack for generator, cooler, bikes and more. Let us know what you need. We have several extras for rent and purchase as well such as firewood, 1 lb. propane tanks, Coleman cooler, and more.We can't promise you will have great weather but if you don't, the outside awning is adjustable for keeping things dry while you sit under and have lunch.You will have plenty of room in the fridge for your food and drinks. Plastic tumblers are provided as well as cooking pans and grilling utensils. Spices are provided by you will need your own cooking spray, oils, containers etc.Camping, moto-camping, touring, tailgating or boondocking, you will have great fun in the Baby CAT.
