There are Many cooking items available in the unit, spatula, bowls, measuring cups, measuring spoons, dish towels, pots, pan, knifes, Keurig coffee maker with Donut shop K-cups etc. Also included will be linens for the queen size bed in the front. Please plan to bring linens or sleeping bags for other sleeping areas as well as your own pillows and blankets for all beds. Basically bring your food, clothes and toiletries! We supply a broom, outdoor carpet, camping chairs, roasting sticks, and 2 rolls of RV toilet paper to make your stay even better! This is our family unit, we are excited to share our "home" with you.We can also deliver and setup for an additional fee.

Delivery: Anything within 30 miles of our home is $100. Anything beyond the 30 miles is a charge of $.75/mile plus $50 to set up. MAX 100 miles. Please note you will need a site that has full hookup, 50 amp is better if running the air conditioning a lot.
