If you love traveling and camping with your kids but cannot stand the unsightly mess after they rummage through their things- this trailer is for you! If you have friends who want to camp together but still want their own space- this trailer is for you as well! If you have a truck or smaller suv and your tow limit is low- ding ding ding- this trailer is for you!
The Dutchmen Kodiak 283Bhsl is ultra lite- as we do offer a tow vehicle if needed. The dry weight of the trailer is 5,728 pounds. Definitely one of the lightest trailers especially for its size! Trailers entire length hitch included- 32' 10".
Super spacious- and fully stocked!
The "master" is a queen bed with a 3" foam mattress topper. Each side has their own closet/ cabinet & overhead storage. There are built in nightstand/ shelves.
The main room features a 43" television, a 2-3 person couch (couch converts into a bed) with drop down cup holders in the center.
A stove, fridge, microwave in the kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for up to 12 guests.
The dinette table is a U-shaped table that can seat up to 6 comfortably and also can be turned to be booth type seating if you want to play cards or switch it up. The dinette also converts to a full size bed that sleeps 2.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet and tub/shower.
The bunkhouse is a separate room with it's own door featuring two drop down twin beds and a full size bottom bunk bed. A small dinette that can convert to another full size bed. A dresser/ cabinet storage (bunkhouse in total sleeps 6).
The outside has an electric awning, griddle, and TV mount to move the inside tv outside.

We include a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, utensils for 12 guests, paper towels & toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, linens for beds, bath towels, cleaning supplies, a portable speaker, Camping chairs, tables, and outside floor mat & I door and outdoor games.
For additional charge we can include different things based on your needs individually or in a package. These items include:

For really fun family trips we love Newport Dunes, Campland by the Bay. For gorgeous views and less kid fun- we really enjoy Malibu Beach RV Park.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome, however cats and other animals are not due to owner allergies.
Festivals and tailgating are allowed however you are responsible for making sure no one is smoking in the trailer and are responsible for your guests and any damage they may cause.
We use this trailer personally for our family as well and we hope that you would respect and take care of it during the duration of your rental. We are more than happy to help accommodate any needs you may have and answer any questions.

I've rented several RV's/Travel Trailers before and this has been the best experience by far! Communication and pick-up was seamless. The trailer has everything in it. The bunkhouse in the back was a total game changer. Everything was perfect and will will definitely be back to rent again!
