This 2022 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern 334BH is the perfect rig for your adventures and explorations! It sleeps 9, making it the perfect family RV. It has an awesome kitchen with stove, microwave, pantry, and a 10 cu. ft fridge/freezer. The two slides allow for easy setup. One slide opens up to give tons of room in the dining and living areas with a huge dining table that converts to a sleeping area, a fold out couch, and fireplace with Bluetooth enabled radio that can play through both indoor and outdoor speakers simultaneously. The other slide opens up a sleeping area that's perfect for kids with 4 twin-size beds and a sliding privacy door. The front of the unit has another separate sleeping area with a queen bed, dual sliding privacy doors, and storage cabinets. There's lots of storage space in the exterior compartments, an electric awning, outdoor shower, and even a second kitchen for outdoor cooking! You have to see it for yourself, because the pictures just don't do it justice!What's includedThis unit comes with all of the accessories for cooking to include pots & pans, plates & bowls, and utensils. Renters will have fresh linens for the beds, and clean towels provided. Toilet paper & paper towels are also included. Finally, the rental includes all hookup accessories for power (50 Amp service & can be dropped down to 30 amps if needed), water (city & 60 gallon water tank) and sewage.Other things to noteAbsolutely NO SMOKING inside the RV. If you or your guests are smokers, please take steps to eliminate the smell. We frequently rent this unit to families, and want to avoid lingering smoke smells.Please keep in mind this rental is used by our family as well, and frequently rented for family/group camping trips. We want to avoid renting for large parties or rowdy events that are likely result in damage to the RV.Please no pets in the camper without requesting and getting permission from the owner (case-by-case basis).Please do not attempt "self repairs" of incidental damages. We know accidents happen, but please don't try to "fix" any incidental damages as this can cause further damage if you're not qualified to make RV repairs. Simply report the damage to the owner and we'll figure out a solution.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I live and work on a military base, which is where the unit is stored. Pickup is based on ability to access the base, or I can meet you outside the gates of the base. For delivery/pickup, best times are either early mornings (before 9am), noon, or around 5pm.
