We literally made a last-minute reservation. Our previous reservation was canceled at 11:30 am on the day we were supposed to pick it up. So I contacted Tony and he said he could have his RV ready by 1 pm. He told me it had already been winterized, but he would let us rent it, and he ran out to replace a mattress and had done so by the time we picked up the RV. They had cleaned out the rig already so there were no kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, etc. Tony was apologetic and offered us a discount if we were to rent it again next season.
