Thank you for taking a look at our camper. I have a brand new 2023 travel trailer beautiful inside, clean disinfected, and smoke-free. This camper is a comfortable fit for a family of four, the dinette converts into a queen size bed and 2 single bumps.
Lightweight and can be towed by a mid-sized SUV.
Medium size refrigerator with freezer, private bathroom.
The trailer has a furnace and water heater system and supplies both hot and cold water. Air conditioner works if plugged into electricity, all other components can run off the battery or propane.
Black water tank 19.9 gls.
Gray water tank 19.9 gls.
Gross towing weight 3600 lbs.

2. Only put 1PLY toilet paper down the toilet. Throw away all other items as they could clog and damage the toilet.

5. Black / Gray tanks must be emptied and flushed before returning the RV unless the renter has prepaid $75 for dumping the tank. If returned without dumping in without pre-paying the dumping fee of $150 will be applied upon return.
6. The propane tank must be refilled before returning
7. Pets are allowed. Please notify me. PET FEE
8. Any items not returned associated with the rental will be charged at the cost to replace the item plus 25%.
