It comfortably sleeps me, my wife, and our 4 young children ranging from 8 mos. - 6 years old. As our children are growing older, they occasionally want to sleep in the ground tent for freedom / extra space to spread out. The great news is the generous storage space in the sealed bed allows for us to carry plenty of bedding and the extra tent along with all of our other gear, toys, and luxuries. What's includedThe standard listing includes the base trailer with a king size RTT equipped with a Lock 'n Roll trailer hitch, LED lighting, a fan, (x2) fresh linens, 2x standard camping chairs, and a small table. RecommendationsDepending on your style of travel and what you plan to do, we recommend customizing your trip with our various add-ons ranging from general stays at State Parks to full off-grid dispersed camping. Because this trailer is only 1,100 pounds dry weight, just about any vehicle equipped with a properly installed trailer hitch can safely pull this compact trailer. At only 5'5" pulling height, it comfortably rides below most vehicles rooflines for maximum fuel efficiency. My Jeep Wrangler, 4Runner, and F150 all barely felt like it was behind me at highway speeds. Other things to noteBecause this is our family trailer we ask that you please do not smoke in or near the trailer. Please change clothing before sleeping if you are a smoker. No Pets inside the trailer please. This trailer is designed to travel in off-road environments, but we ask that you be mindful of your speed with navigating trails or rough forest roads. We typically deflate the tires to 15-18 PSI on trails and forest roads for a comfortable ride and have never had a tire become detached from the rim. While traveling on the highway, the trailer rides best between 32-34 PSI for comfort and fuel efficiency.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The trailer is usually available for pickup by 10a the morning of the rental with ample heads up and good communication. :D
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The hitch is called a "Lock N Roll"' which simply plugs into your vehicles 2.5" receiver. The 4-Pin connector is extended for plenty of flexibility in tight turns.
