<No international renters. You must reside within the United States to rent this RV. <No smoking. There will be a $500 fee for odor removal if the RV is returned smelling like it has been smoked in. <No parties. This RV is for camping and leisure and is not to be used as a party house. <For your peace of mind all pillow cases, sheets and blankets will be cleaned before each rental and ready for your trip. <You are welcome to use anything we have in the RV including a gas grill, games, chairs, outside table, fire wood, etc... at no extra charge. <Pets are welcome but please clean up their messes thoroughly. You will also be expected to crate your pet if left alone in the RV. We have a collapsible crate that you are welcome to use at no extra charge. You will be responsible for the crate if your pet damages it ($100). <If you are traveling over 300 miles from pickup location you will be required to purchase Roadside Assistance insurance through Outdoorsy to rent this RV. <You will leave with a full tank of gas and "full" tank of propane. Gas tank must be filled when returned - A fee of $25 will be applied in addition to gas costs if gas tank is not full when returned. - Because propane can be hard to find it is ok if it isn't full when returned but a fee $25 will be charged for each 1/4 of a tank used. <Return it as clean on the inside as it was when you picked it up. Keep outside clean except for normal road dirt. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if RV not returned in the condition as specified here. <Make sure to return with sewage tanks empty. There will be a $50 fee for disposal of waste if tanks are not empty upon return. **NO CLIMBING ON ROOF** If there is evidence of the roof being walked on you will be charged a fee of $150 for cleaning and damage inspection. <Be respectful of our property.
