Our RV is affectionately called "Erv." It comes with all the amenities for a fun adventure with your family: Linens, outdoor chairs, outside grill. We will set up or teach you how to drive and set up Erv.The RV has one of our favorite layouts with the Dining Table set across from the couch. The couch can fold down into a small bed for the size of a child. We have not included this as a sleeping area. The Kitchen is equipped with all the pans, plates, glasses, and utensils you will need for your voyage. Plus, we have rubber mat liners to lay in-between pans. There is a lot of storage for food in the pantry and fridge. The RV's layout has a side hallway, which creates a very open and wide bathroom. With a porcelain toilet, and a corner shower and excellent storage space. The bedroom has a queen bed with reading lights above the headboard. It has plenty of wardrobe space for all your clothing needs. There is a full bed above the cab and the dining table folds down into a full bed.Outside the RV has a quick connect to the propane tank for a supplied outdoor grill and stand, a 15 foot awning and chairs (2 adult and 1 child) for sitting around the campfire. Plus, set up is easier with the leveling jacks. Here's a video of our RV only a year newer. It will give you a great look at how the inside is laid out for your convenience. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmN3lqPsXt8We will provide helpful instruction videos, RV manual, or we are just a cell call away if you get stumped. What's includedLinens, Kitchen Utensils, 2 adult camping chairs, 1 kid camping chair, outdoor grill and standRecommendationsWe love the surf and hiking. We have gone also on a site seeing trip out east and even stayed in New York City with the Statue of Liberty out our window. Washington D.C. has great RV sites that allow for you to use public transportation to get into the city. Other things to noteWe usually rent vehicles to get around the area and site see.

We have loved RVing. It's always an adventure and new experiences that bring memories that last a lifetime. We really like the idea of eating on the road, no rest room breaks and only stopping for fuel, then getting to our camping site and creating memories. Our RV trips are the most talked about vacations we have had with our kiddos. We did a month long trip out east to Niagara Falls, New York City, Gettysburg, and Washington D.C. Plus, trips to Pikes Peak, Corpus Christi and the Grand Tetons. All of the these trips have moments of wonder and excitement. We are hoping to share the adventure of RVing with more people and look forward to it being you. Enjoy life as you enjoy the ride.
