2022 Holiday Rambler Admiral
RV sleeps 8-10 people, bunk beds perfect for kids, rv king bed in main bedroom, full size slide down bed above the driver seat, dinette converts to a bed and sofa folds out to a bed. Dining table, full kitchen, microwave, stove, refrigerator, oven, sink, Keurig coffee maker. Full bathroom , shower, toilet, sink, 4 tvs: located in main bedroom, living room, bunk bed area, and outside rv. Rv has a large slide for extra space when parked and an outdoor kitchen area with sink, microwave, propane hook up and large awning. Storage under rv, 2 great AC units (one in living room, one in main bedroom), front AC for driver and passenger, rv has a lot of cabin storage inside. Front passenger chair has a slide out desk area perfect for working on laptop while on the road. On board generator available to power everything while you’re driving. Infant car seats are able to travel hooked on correctly. Rv comes with left/ rear/ right side camera. Make lasting memories with your family, we want you to enjoy it as much as we do!!!1) Do not climb the roof ladder or go on the roof. Do not place anything on the RV roof. This may cause severe unseen damage. You will automatically forfeit your deposit plus you will be responsible for damages.2)Please only use the awning when there is no wind and only use it if you are physically under it. Awnings blow off easy and will cost between $2,000-$5,000 to replace.3)Do not physically hang on the awning or hang items off the awning4) At pick up plan for 30 min orientation if experienced or 60 min for less experienced.5) Rv pick up time is 3:00pm and return is due at 11:00 am. Late returns will be charged a partial day charge of $100. Any return after 6pm will be charge an additional night.What's includedRv comes stocked with camping chairs, fold out table, propane grill, pots and pans and Keurig coffee maker. Fresh linens and towels are available upon request.Other things to noteFuel must be returned at same level as received. Re-fueling will be charged at $4.00 per gallon.Tanks must be dumped and cleaned before being returned. If tanks are not returned empty a $25.00 disposal fee will be charged.Propane must be returned at same level as received. Please do not fill past 80%. Propane refueling will be charged at cost of propane plus $10.If rv is returned dirty minimum $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
