“Good things come in pairs” they say, and this camper has that in spades! Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, two slideouts, and two entryways make the Passport 3350BH truly unique. At 37.5 ft in length, this bunkhouse accommodates the whole family, and then some. In a trait shared by few others on the road, this unit sports a true master bedroom and attached master bath, making it a home away from home. The corner shower is a real treat, and with the 2 bathrooms, mom and dad have their own and completely separate from the kids. The dual entrances are a big deal, especially with the outdoor access to the rear bathroom!! It greatly reduces traffic through the main camper area!!
SLIDEOUT AREAS: The rear bunkhouse includes a TV, futon, slideout and sleeping area for 4. Couple that with the foldout couch and the dining area sleeper, this camper has plenty of sleeping room for 9-10 people. If you’ve never camped with a separate rear bedroom like we have in this Passport, you’ll be amazed at the difference in clutter. In our experience, when the kids are inside, they’re generally in the rear bedroom along with their nearly 1.5 tons of electronics, books, and everything else, instead of piled high on the dining room table. With the rear bunkhouse, complete with its own door, the kids effectively have their own private wing, and you'll be surprised how much quieter it is in the main camper area. The superslide accommodates both the dining area and couch, creating an open and spacious floorplan. Built in tv, stereo, and indoor/outdoor speakers complete the inside entertainment area.
KITCHEN ACCOUTREMENTS: The kitchen comes complete with double sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, pantry, utensils, cups, plates, and plenty of storage. The entryway also includes a closet and additional storage for use as a 2nd pantry, or other storage needs. To make things easier, save the mess inside and do your food prep in the outdoor kitchen complete with refrigerator, prep area, cook top, and sink. No need to go inside due to rain or intense sun. The power awning provides a large area for protection and enjoyment of your camp regardless of the weather.
WHAT THE CAMPER COMES STOCKED WITH: We have all the ingredients for a successful camping experience including hitch, water hoses, water filter, tools, outdoor carpet, cleaning supplies including dish soap, lanterns, a generator if you need it, and other amenities. We even have marshmallow roasting forks, and will make sure the camper is stocked with everything needed for s’mores! We do provide a mattress pad and ask that renters bring their own sheets, pillows, etc..
RETURNING RENTERS: If you have rented with us before, ask us about our returning renter discount!
WHAT SHOULD YOU, THE RENTER BRING? Pillows, blankets or sleeping bags, towels, camp chairs. Check out Outdoorsy documents to download a great checklist for making your camping adventure successful.
THE PET DISCUSSION: While not listed as pet-friendly, we understand that pets are an important part of the family. Talk to us about what kind of pets you have, and we'll do our best to try to accomodate.
TOWING: Due to the length and weight of this camper, you will need a specially outfitted 1/2 or 3/4 ton truck with at least a 16,000 lb Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR). The length of this trailer really requires a driver who is experienced with towing long trailers. If this is not the case, don’t let it discourage you as we will be happy to deliver it to your destination and set the trailer up for you.
CAMPER PICKUP: When scheduling a time to pick up the camper, please allow sufficient time for us to review the camper, the setup and takedown process, and to take a short test drive with the designated driver to ensure that they are comfortable with how the unit tows.
CAMPER RETURN: We want the camper in perfect condition for your trip when you arrive. To ensure that is the case, we request from all renters the courtesy of a timely return to allow sufficient time to properly clean, inspect, and restock the camper. Unless other arrangements are made beforehand, pickup and return should be made by 1:00 p.m. on the return date to avoid late fees.
We are absolutely thrilled to be able to share our camper with interested and responsible families, and hope this can be a big part of making your family getaway the best ever! Thank you, and hope to talk soon. Brian and Carol
