Generator and additional 10x10 canopy available for an additional charge.RecommendationsWe are new to Florida but have rented for the past year in Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas. I'm sure I will learn from you where the best places are!Other things to noteThere is absolutely NO SMOKING in the camper. Pets are allowed but, there will be a cleaning fee attached to the trip. If you do not notify us of the pets PRIOR to the trip date we will attach a $150 fee. Please let us know when booking.The unit must be returned in the same clean condition it was rented in. Note: professional carpet cleaning is approximately $25 per square foot if the rug is soiled with dirt and mud. Professional detailing cost is approximately $50 per hour. If it is left dirty it can get expensive. Please clean up like it were your own.We will work with you on the delivery and pickup times. There will be a late fee assessed if you do not show up on time. We will give a 10-minute grace period, but after that we will charge $20 for every 5 minutes you are late. Your time is very valuable, and we don't want to waste it. We expect the same courtesy.

There are some tips that would be explained at the point of drop off or pick up.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

First, I need to know what is available at the campground. If all are supplied and available there are connections and hoses with the RV that will be hooked up. If it is not a full-hookup camping spot, there is usually a place at the campground to dispose of sewage/grey water upon departure.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are a military family currently stationed in Florida where we moved in December of 2022. We purchased our first camper last January and have been renting it out since then. We love to travel, explore, and enjoy offering the same chance to others. We have two daughters and a little fluffball dog that all love to go camping as well. Since we are new here we are still exploring the area finding our favorite spots.
