Hey there! Flexible owners that want to share their RV love with everyone else. This is Cougar's brand new short unit! We bought it brand new in 2023, we use it to travel back and forth from Florida to Michigan and our family loves it. Solar panels allow for freestanding use. 2 AC units to keep it as cold as needed and a tankless water heater for unlimited hot water! Touch screen to control everything in the RV. 2 slide outs, queen bed and large shower make this unit feel so much bigger than it actually is. Outdoor features such as the outdoor kitchen set up, TV set up and outdoor shower set up make this unit a true camper's delight. Can run efficiently on 15 Amps or 30 Amps. We want you to share our love for these Cougar units. We will deliver to the campsite of your choice so all you have to do is sit back and relax! Howdy! My name is Nick and my girlfriend (Danielle) and I call the Panama City area home. We accidentally became RV owners after Hurricane Micahel left us displaced, but needing to stay. We found our mobile mansion and stayed in it while our world slowly was put back together. I am a Firefighter/Paramedic for a local department and Danielle is a nurse at a local hospital and our German Shepherd "Ella" is the true clan leader. We have loved staying in this unit and are wanting to keep it, but share the love with everyone else. We are very flexible with what your vacation consists of. We are willing to deliver wherever you have in mind. Just talk with us and I am sure we can make something work!

Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It will also cover prep of all supplies. Site prep if delivered.

The RV was very clean and new! We had it delivered to our camp site, and Nick did all the set up and gave us all the information that we needed. This new RV had a nice touch screen monitor to control the lights and other things. They had most essentials that we needed to stay. Nick was so nice and friendly. He also responded to my messages promptly for any questions we had. It was our first RV trip, and our family truly had an amazing time. Thank you!

Luckily it is a simplistic design. It has a master touch screen that controls all aspects of the RV. Leave the rest to us to set up for you so you do not have to worry!
