Eric is awesome - he sends you a great document full of tips for the RV, along with videos that help explain the operations. Every owner should do this as it's the most efficient way to get someone up and running. His RV is awesome and even has multiple slideouts (which weren't pictured). It drove great, the AC worked well, and the captain's chairs are very comfortable. Won't be going back to a smaller RV anytime soon!

Thank you Aaron for everything! The camper was clean and nice! We had a minor hiccup, but Aaron was very caring, courteous, and help take care of us. He went out to his way to check on us too.
