Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young adults) really enjoyed our first RV experience. Saima and her husband made everything smooth and their RV was impeccable. We stayed at an RV resort and used our camping equipment to cook outside, so we did not use the kitchen or any of the kitchen items, but it was well-stocked with items if we had needed them. Since it is still COVID procedures, we did not get the bedding or bath towels with the rental, but I think we would prefer to bring our own anyway. We received great instruction from Saima and her husband when we picked up the RV (allow about 1.5 hours for that... I did not think about that) and there was a detailed instruction booklet that we referred to when hooking up the RV and dumping everything before we left the RV resort. We will definitely use Saima next time we plan to vacation with an RV. The only thing I was not prepared for was that the cleaning fees were not part of what I paid for up front- it is written somewhere in the listing, but when I checked out and put in my credit card, the cleaning fees were not listed there on the invoice. I wish there was a box to check or something to include those fees at the beginning so we have everything all on one invoice. Since this was our first RV trip, I did not understand how everything worked, and of course we expect to pay a cleaning fee, but I wanted it all on one invoice.

Beautiful RV, very well maintained, very organized with pick up and drop off. We will definitely rent from them again!

The rv and the owners were great and ready to deal with. RV was very clean and ready to operate. They were available by phone if we needed anything. The walk through was really helpful and getting everything setup was super easy. They even gave us extra coffee for the Keurig machine. One thing to be aware of is that pick up time is 3 pm and drop off is 10 am. We weren't aware of that when booking and traveled about 4 hours away so we ended up needing to pay for an extra day to pick up in the morning and then leave our camp site at 6am to get back in time.
