Wadleigh State Park doesn’t have the infrastructure that can accommodate long vehicles and RVs. However, visitors may stay at the nearby Sandy Beach RV & Camping Resort that is just a short drive away. This campground has everything you could need during the camping trip like large bathrooms, hot showers, picnic areas, free WiFi, and playgrounds for the younger campers. Pets are also welcome here as long as the owners keep a close eye on them. There are more than one hundred sites for RVs at this campground. The sites are spacious, and the majority of them are in the shade, close to the pine forest. Campers may use water and electric hookups, choosing between 30 and 50 amp power. Full hookups are not available here, so keep that in mind. There is a store within the campground, and you may purchase snacks and beverages there. Making a reservation in advance is generally recommended because the campground may get a bit crowded during the summer.
