Everything was seamless and effortless. Jesus was very responsive and accommodating to everything. Arrived right on schedule and set up the RV, gave a great tutorial walk through explaining everything. RV was exactly as pictured and described. Would recommend him and rent from him again. 10/10

I had a very good experience dealing with Carol Conklin and Nick Conklin, the person that delivered the RV to the campground. The RV was setup and ready to go when we got there. Nick dealt with the campground staff during the day to setup the camper on the site that we had reserved. Everything was setup, the RV was leveled, the hookups were connected, including the sewer hookup. We arrived a few hours later. He sent me a number of videos, via text, showing me what he had done. I had a couple of questions about things during our stay. He answered the phone each time, and easily answered my questions. We were in a place where we were out of service on our phones, and with the Internet, at our site. We had to go somewhere, where there was service to make a phone call. It was very helpful that he answered the phone each time I called when in a service area.
