This trailer is available for drop-off rentals only. (Petaluma KOA, Sonoma Horse Park, Sonoma Raceway, Camping within 45 min drive of 94949. We recommend that camp site has land power hook up.The trailer has vinyl wood flooring, dark brown cabinets, and brown furniture. Appliances are black. Large round shower and roomy bathroom. Front and back fold down sleeping areas with plug in fans. Both sides of the trailer slide out to offer the full width of the trailer as living space. Outdoor BBQ included. Enjoy the AC in the summer, and great heater in the winter. Both fold down sleeping areas have a full-sized mattress. There is a sink, gas stove and cook top, microwave, good size refrigerator. Tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear! There is a large flat screen TV with DVD player, and radio. You can listen to music inside the trailer and outside when the exterior speakers are turned on. There is a full length awning to protect you from weather. The Room has a furnace/water heater system, generator, wood cabinetry with soft close doors/drawers and custom trims. This trailer is perfect for your ultimate road trip. What's includedKitchen items are included. Linens can be rented. Guests need to provide pillows. You can rent our 3500W generator as well. AC & Microwave don't work on battery power. RecommendationsWe recommend choosing trailer spots with land power. Carrying the heavy generator in and out of the trailer is not recommended. No Smoking in trailer. Please try to not park the trailer right next to the campfire. No climbing on the roof. Sweep the floor before closing slide outs, (debris will cut the floor). Do not hang anything from the rear bumper. Excessive smoke smell or filth will require a larger cleaning fee. Lock the hitch to the trailer when parked.
