Guests are responsible for remediation costs plus a $100 service fee. •We love animals, but pets are not allowed in the van. Evidence of pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee. •Diesel #2 fuel only-NO biodiesel. Please refuel before returning the van or a $55 fee+fuel will apply. • No off-roading. The van is 2DW and not suitable for rough terrain. Don’t park/stop on inclines you can’t roll out. •Return the van clean and with a full tank. A cleaning fee may apply. •You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, or impounds, including notices received after your trip and any related fees. •Please empty the gray water tank and composting toilet(liquid and solids) before returning the van.A $60 gray water dump fee and $100 composting toilet fee may apply if tanks are not emptied. We’ll show you how—it’s easy and part of responsible van life! •Help us stay green! The van includes two bins: one for trash and one for recycling. •For any mechanical issue, contact the roadside assistance number and notify the owner immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself. •If an out-of-pocket repair becomes necessary and the host approves it beforehand, we will reimburse you with a receipt if it is not covered by insurance. • Please check engine oil, coolant, and tire pressure at refueling stops. Damage caused by neglecting basic maintenance is the renter’s responsibility. •We will walk you through how everything works at pickup and provide manuals. Please follow all instructions—misuse of systems, appliances, or van features may result in damage charges. •Van life is an adventure and unexpected things can happen. If a trip interruption occurs due to mechanical issues, weather, road conditions, etc, please work directly with Outdoorsy support. The host is not responsible for hotels, transportation, meals, or other trip-related expenses.
