Joel was very accommodating for our unique travel scenario and was able to meet us later than originally though because of flight delays. His communication time was perfect and his RV was great! Everything about the check-in process was quick and easy! The vehicle drove smoothly! Everything worked properly and was very clean! Trailer was very cute, we received several compliments over the course of our trip. It was easy to book for delivery. The hot water was not working when the trailer was set up, but Kimberly had a tech come out the next day and he was able to get it fixed. Plenty of space inside, and fun extras - some chairs, a canopy, coffee station, etc.
