RV rental Grand Lake o' the Cherokees, OK: Motorhome rentals, camper van rentals and more

Camping at Grand Lake o’ the Cherokees has been popular with sailing aficionados since day one. The reason why is that the lake’s southwest to northeast facing direction allows the prevailing winds to create the perfect conditions for a day or two of sailing. Otherwise, visitors who have a need for speed will also love the lake. With no horsepower limited enforced on the open expanses of water, jet skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing is easy here. Either bring your own boat along with you or grab a rental from one of the many local marinas and enjoy it! No Grand Lake o’ the Cherokees camping trip would be complete without a day of fishing. Ranked among one of the top lakes in Oklahoma for bass fishing, Grand Lake o’ the Cherokees attracts both novice and professional anglers from all over the state. Largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and spotted bass are not the only species up for grabs here; fishermen and women can also catch the likes of crappie, paddlefish, and even the odd catfish as well! What’s more, the lake’s huge size means it won’t be difficult to find a quiet spot along the shoreline or on the water all to yourself. Camping with an RV here isn’t just about the watersports, Grand Lake o’ the Cherokees share its shoreline with five state parks, all of which offer their own selections of day-use areas, hiking trails, swimming beaches, and even a few golf courses. Campers can choose between Honey Creek State Park, Disney Blue State Park or Cherokee State Park on the eastern shoreline or Twin Bridges State Park, and Bernice Lake State Park on the west.
