Discover Fairview RV rentals for memorable road trips

Until the arrival of the Lewis and Clark Expedition in 1806, the spot where Fairview, Oregon now lies was a thriving indigenous village on the Columbia River. The Chinookan and Multnomah tribes peacefully coexisted for centuries in the riverside settlement, well before the arrival of settlers in the mid-19th century by means of the Oregon Trail. The name Fairview was chosen by those arriving from the east, as they were awestruck by the fantastic scenery on the banks of the Columbia River.

Fairview and Portland are close enough that any of the larger city's many attractions are astoundingly easy to locate. The Portland Art Museum is a lovely place to spend a few hours in between nature trips or on a rainy day. The museum is one of the oldest of its kind on the entire West Coast, with artwork from a variety of cultures and time periods. My girlfriend and I just got back from an awesome trip in Gary and London’s Sprinter van. We can’t say enough good things. The van was super clean, fully loaded, and honestly felt like a tiny home on wheels. Everything worked great and it was super comfy to drive and sleep in.
