This beauty is clean and ready for your next adventure. You will have access to plenty of comfortable amenities while away from home if you choose this RV. She houses a large refrigerator, gas stove with cooktop range, and a convection microwave.She also has a separate master bedroom, a full bath, two bunk beds, a pullout loveseat for a smaller person and also a conversion dining table. The top bunk above the cabin is large enough for two adults to sleep on too.A few things to note: No Smoking or fires of any kind allowed inside. This includes candles. No Pets. No Exceptions. NO Awning USE. GPS tracking device installed on vehicle. Do not remove, disable, or tamper with GPS tracking device. Removing, disabling, or tampering with GPS tracking device will result in an immediate canceled trip without reimbursement and fees charged.Also, the love seat and dining seat cushions are covered in temporary and easily removable fabric to help with cleaning and also wear and tear. Please expect the fabric to be different than pictures show.Please allow 45 minutes at time of pick up for a tour of the unit and 30 minutes at drop off to inspect returned condition.Parking is not provided for guest’s personal vehicle when picking up and using the RV.Other things to noteThe awning is not usable. We have a fold up canopy that can be used instead if guests wish to do so.

First time RVer and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Monique was absolutely wonderful in meeting my last minute request due to unfortunate circumstances. She walked me completely through the usage of the RV and connecting and contacting her was a breeze throughout the trip. The RV was great with all the amenities and the kids were thrilled and excited to get to use it to it's fullest! My next experience will be with Monique again and Outdoorsy team was exceptional in meeting the last minute needs! Thank you guys!

The RV was fantastic! Our host was incredibly friendly and thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle which made it extremely easy to operate, set up and break down. It had plenty of room and all the amenities we needed for our trip. 10/10 would rent again.

It was an absolute pleasure renting from our host Monique. The entire experience was flawless. Monique was very good about communication and quite flexible regarding the scheduling of pick up and drop off times. I must add that the RV was very clean, well furnished, and was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. I highly recommend renting from Monique and hope that we will have a chance to enjoy this rental again in the future.

Was such an amazing experience! RV felt just like home on wheels! Kids didn't want to stop and loved having all the games they provided for inside and outside fun! Will be using again really soon!!
