Some of the features include, a new Serta iComfort queen size bed in the master, an electric fireplace, 2 heated recliners, 2 A/C units and an outdoor kitchen! Also included are 2 twin size beds and one pullout sofa in the bunkhouse area, large refrigerator, convertible dining table/bed and 3 Roku ready TV's. Rate includes 200 miles, .50/mile thereafter.Rules:
1. Due to the length of the trailer, a hitch with sway bars is a must. You can use your own or we have one you can rent. It's set-up for a standard pick-up height, but if you have a lift on your vehicle, we'll need time to make adjustments.
2. Pets are allowed. However, they must not be on the furniture at any time.
3. Propane tanks will be full at the time of pick-up. Please top them off to avoid fees.
4. All tanks (fresh, grey, waste) must be emptied to avoid fees.
5. No smoking or drug use of any kind.
6. No climbing on the roof.
7. No food down the sinks.
8. Cleaning fee will not be charged if trailer is returned as it was taken.

For a weekday drop-off: we offer an evening drop-off (after 5:30) at no extra charge, as long as we don't have a booking the next day.
