Hello Neha,
Can you clarify on your review? We have done all we can to take the headache off of your shoulders. To recap, you guys blew a tire and we were notified after you've reached out to Roadside Assistance. You told us that they were taking care of it, so we assumed it was dealt with. Hours later, you contact us again, and to our surprise, you were still stranded. So right away we jumped into action to call surrounding tire shops. We also got in contact with Roadside Assistance to get clarification on the issue. We called the tire shop of your choice ahead of time to make sure everything was taken care of and paid for so that you can get in and out. As I've mentioned on the phone, our priority was to get you back onto your trip with as least stress as possible, which we accomplished. I understand you had a frustrating experience with Roadside Assistance, but that is aside from our company and listing.

Q.How does the daily mileage policy work?
A.
So I calculate the "daily miles" based on how many miles are driven for the entire trip, not the miles on a particular day. For instance, if the van was rented for 3 days then I check if the rental was driven less than 600 miles for the entire trip.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am flexible on both pick-up and drop-off times. Just message me with your preferred times in the booking and we'll work something out.
