TV's are located in the Main Cabin with a DVD player, in the Queen Bedroom, and Outside with a DVD player. You’ll find a MID-sized Side-by-Side Stainless Steel Refrigerator/freezer, a convection microwave, a standard 3 burner propane stove/oven combo, deep sink, and toaster included as well. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. There are two recliners (with seatbelts) and a J/U-shaped booth table (with 2 seatbelts). The private Queen bedroom has a 3-inch memory foam mattress topper on the mattress and there is a closet tall enough to hang all your shirts in. The over-cab bunk has a foam mattress topper (sleeps 2) and is approximately a full-size bed. The converted dining table is a wide twin (sleeps 1).What's includedThe kitchen will include paper towels, dish soap, pots, pans, and utensils needed for stovetop cooking. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet paper, tank tabs, and hand soap. For outdoors, there is a gas grill with 1/2 griddle top, 1 lb. propane cylinders, grill utensils, ground mat, and a bike rack for up to 4 bikes upon request.Recommended packing list: linens (blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, hand towels, dish towels), your favorite camping chairs, coffee pot, coffee cups, clothes, hygiene items, cups, paper plates and bowls, and food! We will provide fitted sheets for the Queen and Full beds, if needed. Other things to noteUp to 2 dogs are allowed but cannot be left unattended in the RV at any time unless confined to a crate and a daily pet fee is required for each.Pick up time is flexible, as most renters prefer to take the RV back to their house to pack. We cannot allow pick up on the previous day of the start of rental due to insurance coverage issues. We do have a fenced yard you may leave a vehicle in if you wish, however, we are not responsible for any theft or damage done by others or from natural disaster.Please do not get on the roof except only to inspect for damage and never allow a minor on the roof. Injury or damage from getting on the roof will by your responsibility.Any repair costs for exterior damage not covered by insurance or interior damage will be taken from the deposit and may be charged to your credit card on file if costs exceed the deposit.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are quite flexible. I just ask that you give me a one-hour time frame so I can plan accordingly and drop-off needs to be at least an hour before sunset.
