This beautifully kept travel trailer delivers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and modern style. Whether you're planning a beach escape, a weekend in the woods, or a cozy campfire getaway, this Mini-Lite is fully loaded and ready to roll. With modern amenities inside and out my set up truly encompasses Glamping. It features a clean bright interior with everything you need, a comfortable bed, full size couch that becomes a twin bed, TV, full bathroom, full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, 3 burner stove with oven, toaster oven, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. Also, as an exclusive perk for my pet friendly renters I provide waggle pet monitoring at no cost because I honestly believe in Safety First and protection for our beloved fur babies :) The outdoor set-up is just as impressive where you can kick back in the fresh air under the automatic awning where there is both an outdoor mounted TV for movies & game nights or music through the outdoor speakers while you chill and gaze at the stars. Also has an outdoor cooking set up with an attached outdoor mounted gas grill which makes camp cooking easy and fun. Fire it up with a push of a button and sizzle your burgers right at your campsite. Get all sandy at the beach? No worries, this unit has an outdoor shower too. I've made sure this RV comes stocked with everything you need to make your packing list much shorter. As an added bonus this set up also comes with a Two-man tent and an air mattress and sleeping bag for extra guests or kids that want to sleep under the stars. Also provided are 2 chairs with an umbrella for the beach and campsite chairs. All of this at no additional charge. This RV with all of its amenities and extras is perfect for beach trips in the Florida Panhandle, State Park weekends, family getaways, romantic wine by the campfire stays, festivals and tailgating or snowbird guests needing short term housing. 5.0Michelle was an excellent host. Even tho the RV is a little older and had a few hiccups getting set up, it was a wonderful week. She delivered it to the park and set up everything for us. The RV was clean and she supplied everything you need and more.. even paper products, trash bags, soaps, etc. Michelle answered every question we had and was always available if we needed anything at all. As first time RV’ers we were unsure of how things worked and Michelle made sure to explain it all. We will definitely be looking for her again.
