The RV was clean and was easy to drive. We had no issues during the trip. George did an excellent job explaining the operations of the RV when we picked it up. We drove from Pennsylvania to Myrtle Beach, SC and back with no problems. It was a smooth trip. Setup was simple and everything worked fine. We will definitely rent this RV again, if it is available.

Pick up was easy - Mark was very helpful explaining the features of the camper to us and helping to hook it up to the truck. I wish I had listened more closely to him initially about all the amenities that were included - the camper came fully stocked with every utensil imaginable, coffee maker and coffee, toaster, pots and pans, sheets and towels cleaning supplies, silver ware (and plastic) dish soap, lawn chairs and an outdoor rug! We packed WAY too much unnecessary gear! We had a small glitch when we returned the camper with unhooking it from the truck and when I called him about it, he came right out and helped to solve the issue. The security deposit was actually refunded to us the same day. Kudos to Finger Lakes RV!
