No smoking/vaping or drugs of any kind, no exceptions. You will lose entire deposit if there is any evidence of smoking, vaping or drugs.
No pets allowed. If there is any evidence of pets, you will be charged a $300 fee.
Wipe your feet before entering rv.
Do NOT flush wipes or feminine products down the toilet at all. If you do and there’s evidence or a clog, there will be a $150 fee, no exceptions.
Bring back rv in same condition you received it. (Wash all dirty dishes/empty all trash/sweep/clean toilet/drain tanks)
If brought back in less condition than you received it, (not kept up) then there will be an added cleaning fee of $250.
Do NOT climb on roof, for any reason.
If you do not empty tanks before returning rv, there will be a $200 fee, no exceptions.
Pick up/drop off times 5pm unless otherwise arranged with us prior.
