We are the Hansen's and while you rent our RV we want you to know this is our home away from homes. We hope that you will enjoy this RV as much as we do. We love to take this on weekend trips, to the lake, to the beach and even to our land. It is a beautiful thing when we can smell the fresh air and slowdown from the day-to-day life.This is our gorgeous Travel Trailer 2020 Keystone Springdale 311RE. It can sleep a total of 5 people if you have children with you. The dinette and couch both fold out to be full-sized beds as well, with added memory foam on the fold out couch. The dinette is a bit smaller, so it's perfect for smaller children. The bedroom has an upgraded Queen memory foam mattress that will sleep 2 adults comfortably.The RV comes fully stocked with all kitchen utensils including flatware, plastic plates, cups and bowls, pots and pans for cooking, grill accessories, and a coffee maker.We also include toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, RV sewage hose kit, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, inline water filter, wheel chocks, surge protector, main power cord and adapter plugs.We provide 2-fold out camping chairs, but you are more than welcome to bring your own camp gear for comfort.We have 2 full-size sheet sets we provide for the dinette/couch pull-outs and also a queen-size sheet set for the Bedroom. We have towel provided as well for the shower and lake/beach time, but you are more than welcome to bring you own and we will remove ours.All blankets and décor will stay with the camper to keep a home feel while traveling. If you prefer not to be responsible for taking care of these items while traveling let us know and we can remove them. We just love the home away from home feel while traveling, so it doesn't feel like a travel trailer. Home is where the Heart is and if we can bring a little of that with us, it is always very valuable to us.We will provide all the training necessary for how to care for the RV and will always be on call during your travels for additional questions. We prefer to be contacted with any questions you might have rather than doing something that ends up in a repair and having to pay for it.The RV must be returned in the same condition as when it left with cleaning being performed before returning. The cleaning fees associated with the rental is for the deep clean and disinfecting of all surfaces.What's includedTowel, fresh linens, camping chairs, utensils, plates, cups, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, vacuum, and most importantly the coffee machine. RecommendationsTake our RV to the lake, beach or camp grounds. Our goal is to provide you and your family with an RV that you can enjoy. Other things to noteOur preference would be only small dogs are allowed. No larger 50lb plus dogs and no cats.Make sure to treat this as if it is your own. Cleanliness is very important, so please keep the RV clean as we also use this with our family.I think the most important thing we want to reiterate is making sure to please take care of our RV while using it.
