29 feet of roomy living space with upgraded memory foam beds offered in the main bedroom (queen size bed) and on the double bunks. U-shaped dinette made to fit large families. Theater seat recliners with heating and massaging features. Detachable tv in the main bedroom to be able to hook outside to watch sports or to host family movie night while enjoying the fire. Surround sound speaker system that allows you to play music in and outside or to have both tvs in sync playing the audio surround. Outdoor kitchenette featuring gas grill, mini fridge, and sink. 1 bathroom with a glass surround shower. 1 slide out which expands the main living space. 1 large awning on the main side. Recommended for 50 amp to allow both a/c usage. If not available the camper can be ran at 30 amp but only one a/c will be allowed to use at a time.What's included: The main bed and bunks will be completely made (fitted and top sheet, blankets, 2 pillows each bed (4 total for main bed), and decorative accent pillows. Only fitted and top sheet will be supplied for dinette conversion bed, please bring your own pillows and blankets if using that bed. Basic pots/pans, cooking utensils, towels, washcloths, hand towels, linens, pillows, Keurig coffee maker, outdoor table, 4 outdoor chairs, outdoor mat (depending on the site), and propane.

- Please respect and take care of the camper. The camper needs to be. returned fairly clean. Of the camper is returned with no attempts of cleaning than an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed to the security deposit. Clean the dishes, sweep the floors, wipe the counters, take the trash out, put dirty towels in the shower area, retract the awning, and clean the fridge out. If the sheets are soiled, we will throw them away and charge your security deposit for a new set.
-Dogs are allowed, but there is a $25 pet fee per dog with a maximum of 2 dogs. No cats. Please do not leave your pets alone in the camper for an extended period of time. If the power goes out at the campground or a breaker trips it will leave the camper with no power. Campers do heat up quick. We ask that you keep your pets off the linens or bring your own linens. If the linens are found soiled from pets, you will be charged for new linens out of your security deposit. Please do not let your pets on the furniture. You MUST purchase the interior damage package bringing pets. That can be found during the check out process.
- There is a 4 night minimum for the following holidays; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
- If a camper is being delivered/set-up and has been moved after we set it up, the entire security deposit will be taken.
- No climbing on the roof
- Do not flush feminine products down the toilet. Nothing but the toilet paper we supply is allowed to be flushed down the toilet. Anything other than rv grade toilet paper being flushed will break the toilet system and cause an expensive repair to fix. This will forfeit your security deposit.
- If it is windy or raining, the awning MUST be retracted. Awning can not support standing water on the fabric or any winds, both of which can destroy an awning ($2k or more for a replacement).

Welcome we are the Johnson's and owners of Lowcountry Camping! We are a husband and wife ran business, my names Deanna and my husbands Brent. We have three kids all under the age of 8, two daughters Alexia and Elaina, and our youngest son is Brenton. We both have been camping our whole lives all over the East Coast. Since our oldest was a baby we have been camping.We started from roughing it in the woods in a tent for hunting trips, buying our first camper and going on our first trip going all the way up the Appalachian mountains from a weekend trip in North Carolina to Mid Pennsylvania. From day one of owning our camper to the many trips we have taken it on, we are always making improvements to better every stay we host. We put fun and relaxation at the fore front of all of our changes to give you the best experience. We are a small business with one rental, which puts you at the top of our priorities and 24/7 attention when you need it. We focus on hosting in a close radius to our main destination to be able to help if ever an issue arises or you have a request. We had such a great experience with Deanna. The RV was clean and spacious and she left us everything we could possibly need. She thought of everything from lanterns and bug spray to chairs and tables. The beds were comfy and lots of sheets, pillows and towels. My family and I were so comfortable and Deanna was available if we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this hostess!
