Hello Renters! Our travel trailer is in excellent condition. Renters have a queen size bed & a bunk bed. Couch and dinette also turn into sleeping areas. All amenities work great such as AC/Heater, Electric/gas water heater, etc. as well as appliances. Owners will supply renters with the basic necessities in bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Roku device for movie streaming, wifi not available. Hookups and Hitch included. Travel Trailer dry weight is 5,100 lbs. Only allows a 30 amp connection but adapters are included.
